With over two decades in Hawai‘i real estate—and more than 35 years of living across all four major islands—Donica brings a wide breadth of knowledge, practical skills, and leadership to the brokerage team. Throughout her career, she has worked in residential sales, luxury short-term vacation rentals, long-term property management, and brokerage operations. She also served as Vice President of the East Hawai‘i Chapter of NARPM® and actively pursues continued education, holding SRES®, GREEN, and e-PRO® designations.
Donica’s goal is to support agents with real-world guidance, industry insights, and a collaborative spirit. Having walked in their shoes, she understands the challenges agents face and is committed to helping them succeed. Above all, she believes in fostering a positive and supportive environment. Her “virtual” door is always open—whether it’s for a second opinion, navigating a complex transaction, or simply brainstorming ideas.
Before entering real estate, Donica gained valuable experience in customer service, construction, health insurance, tourism, retail, and office management—all of which shaped her practical, people-first approach.
Outside of work, Donica is a passionate whale conservation advocate who enjoys whale watching, boating, listening to music, and catching beautiful sunsets.
